Through the Stuttgart tourist agency, »Stuttgart-Marketing«, the organisers have booked 100 rooms for conference delegates at the four star »ARCOTEL Camino« at the following rates:

11th & 12th May: € 152 per single room and € 169 per double room, including breakfast and VAT.

13th & 14th May: € 172 per single room and € 189 per double room, including breakfast and VAT.

15th & 16th May: € 142 per single room and € 159 per double room, including breakfast and VAT.

This hotel was newly opened in January 2008 and the coaches to the Gala Dinner on Thursday, 14 May will pick up and drop off here.
